... of my sister's visit that is. Sad face. We've had such a great week. If any of you follow me on Twitter, or happen to be a fan of checking out the weather in the UK, you'll know that the sun has been shining ALL week! It's been amazing, I have a tan like I've been to Spain for the week. I never manage to time my annual leave from work when the sun is shining. We've been able to spend the entire week out in the sunshine. And now I'll stop rubbing it in.
Our week has consisted of sight seeing (in the sun), barbecuing (in the sun), road tripping (in the sun), hanging out in the park (that's right, in the sun) and watching movies (in the s..., no, hang on).
I'll start with our trip to Cambridge. Like I said previously, I'd never been. We caught the train to bike city (seriously, I've never seen so many bikes in all my life). It was a lot smaller than I expected and there weren't as many cute little shops as I'd hoped, but it is still a beautiful city.
We managed to spend all day walking around the university buildings and checking out the museums in the city. Yes that's right, I ♡ museums! The Polar Museum was my favourite. I've had a slight obsession with Scott of the Antarctic since my 'polar environments' module at uni. Which I aced by the way ;P

And we totally tried Yo Sushi for the first time. So much fun! There was one thing that totally bummed me out about Cambridge, the giant Cath Kidston shop was opening two days after we were there. I feel a return visit may be on the cards!
My sister heads back to lovely Wales tomorrow. I'm going to miss having her around, especially as Ben isn't home for another week. We've had such a fab time together, I'm going to keep subtly suggestion that she moves to Norwich. I'll wear her down. You'll see :D
I hope you've all had an equally sunny and fun week!
